Vigna di Pettineo from Maggiovini is made from 100% organically grown Grillo grapes from the vineyards around the town of Vittoria. The grapes are harvested and sorted by hand. Only the best grapes are selected, which are then let to macerate for 24 hours with the skin. Fermentation at low temperature in a steel tank that ends up in French oak barrels.
