Zangani – Boceda – White wine is made from the best Vermentino grapes from the family’s hilly vineyards overlooking the sea and the Gulf of La Spezia, in Ponzano Superiore in the municipality of Santo Stefano Magra. The grapes are harvested by hand. After pre-fermentation, skin maceration and gentle pressing, the wine undergoes fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks on fine lees for two months. Bottling takes place at the end of March.
