Zangani – Mortedo – White wine is made from 90% Vermentino 90%, 5% Albarola and 5% Malvasia. The grapes are harvested by hand. The must is vinified as a white wine with gentle pressing and then aged in stainless steel tanks on the fine lees for two months. Bottling is done in early March.
