Fiano di Avellino is an authentic white wine from the Campania region. Fiano grapes are cultivated on the hills of Irpinia since before the Roman era. This wine is made from 100% Fiano grapes which grow on the hills around Avellino at 300-500 meters above sea level. The grapes are pressed after harvest and are then fermented at 10-15 ° C. The wine is stored in steel tanks before being bottled.
