La Bête à Bon Dieu – Red wine is organically grown and made from 60% Grenache noir, 20% Syrah and 20% Carignan. The wine is grown in and around the commune of Cairanne (in the Vaucluse department on the left bank of the Rhône river), with views of the Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont Ventoux. The vines are planted on gently sloping, rocky slopes of clay and limestone with excellent sun exposure. Traditional winemaking with fermentation for 21 days. Long maceration for 6 weeks allows for the rounding of the tannins. The wine is then aged, resulting in powerful wines with excellent aging potential.
