Hautes Côtes de Nuits from Domaine Nudant is produced from Chardonnay grapes grown in the municipality of Meuilley which is located 10 kilometers to the west of Nuits-Saint-Georges. The vines are 35-40 years old and grows 400 meters above sea level in south-easterly direction. The production is limited and only 6,000 bottles are made each year.
