Presentation vineyard

Domaine Nudant is located in Ladoix in the middle of the Burgundy district known as "Côte de Beane", but it also has vineyards that stretches further north into the appellations of "Côte de Nuit". The vineyard has been in the family estate since the 1400s and 3 generations are today working together. André, who expanded and modernized the estate in the 50's, his son Jean-René who took over in 1978 and then the grandson Guillaume who entered the family business 25 years later. The vineyard consists of 16 hectares of land including 20 different labels from regional to 1er and Grands crus. The agriculture is carried out without chemical pesticides.

Beautiful straw yellow color. A very aromatic and expressive wine with notes of white flowers, yellow fruits and butter. Beautiful palate, direct, full-bodied and generous, this wine is slightly buttery. Goes well together with delicate fish dishes such as Jacques scallops, monkfish or even with various poultry dishes with in a creamsauce.

Domaine Nudant – Ladoix 1er Cru “Les Grechons” – White wine is one of the eleven 1er Cru Ladoix and only a few wineries have plots on this climate . This wine is made of 100% Chardonnay grapes from 40 year old vines grown at an altitude of 360 m. The cultivation is carried out on less than 1 hectare and only 4000 bottles are produced per year.
