Presentation vineyard

The vineyard was created in 1960 by Giuseppe Dal din and the winery is still a family business. Today it’s Giuseppe's daughter Norma, who along with her own daughter Alessandra, have taken over and control the production of winery. Dal din has it’s origins and is domiciled in the city of Vidor, situated on the river Piave on the northern embankments, south-east of Valdobbiadene.

Sommelier's advice

A straw yellow color with golden tint. A scent of ripe fruit - apple and pear with hints of citrus and some floral scents. A soft, dry and harmonious taste. A dry Prosecco very good balance between acidity and fruit. To drink as an aperitif to fish or chicken dishes or even to drink through a whole meal.

Dal din’s Prosecco Spumante DOC is made of 100% Glera-grapes, cultivated on the hills around Valdobbiadene and Conegliano. The grapes are harvested between the second part of September to the first part of October. They are pressed and the sparkling wine is produced according to the charmat method.
