Domaine Canto Perlic belongs to the appelation Gaillac in the Southwest of France. The name “Canto Perlic” means the partridge’s song in the ancient southern French language called occitane. The vineyard was bought in 2000 by Sune and Ursula Sloge with origins in Sweden. The vineyard has been completely renovated and modernized since the purchase and today Canto Perlic can enjoy the reputation for being one of the best vineyards of the Gaillac appellation. The estate comprises 9 hectars of land and as often in southwest many diverse grapes varieties are cultivated here. For the red wines, representing 70% of the total production, is grown fer Servadou, syrah, duras, merlot, cabernet sauvignon and gamay. Mauzac, loin de l’oeil, Sauvignon and Muscadelle are cultivated for the white wines.

    Mona Lisa is a sweet dessert wine with a very natural taste of sweet white grapes. The wine can be served as an aperitif, can accompany a blue cheese or a dessert, preferably a fruit cake or a dessert with strawberries!

    "Prestige" is a complex, full-bodied and fruity red wine with aromatic hints of black currant, blackberry, plum and some spicy pepper. Fits a rib or other meat dishes with a sauce.

    Bel Canto is a dry white wine stored in oak barrels. The wine has subtle aromas of exotic fruit and apricot, the taste is full-bodied and well balanced. Goes well with fish dishes and chicken dishes with a creamy sauce.
