Folly by Mascaronne – Rosé är ett ekologiskt rosévin som framställs av Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre et Syrah. Vinet är en ny cuvée där basketspelaren Tony Parker tar på sig rollen som vinmakare och ambassadör för Château La Mascaronne. Tillsammans med vingårdens team, har han hjälpt till att sätta samman “Folly” och bidrar samtidigt i utvecklingen av varumärket och distribution av vinerna internationellt. Vinet framställs med vitvinsteknik, dvs direkt press innan jäsningsprocessen. Tony har varit närvarande under viktiga ögonblicken i produktionen av vinet.
