Presentation vineyard

Azienda Agricola Taliano Michele ligger i Montà Alba i Roero-distriktet. Vingården har planteringar i Roero och Brarbaresco och San Rocco Seno d'Elvio-områdena. Vingården skapades år 1930 av Domenico Taliano, men har i grunden mycket djupare rötter då hans familj varit vinbönder i flera generationer. Ursprungligen fanns alla vinodlingarna i kommunen Montà, i området Bossola, Rolandi och Benna, men i mitten av sjuttiotalet, under ledning av sin son Michele, växer vingården i riktning mot Langa genom att förvärva vinodlingar och en bondgård i Montersino i byn San Rocco Seno d'Elvio di Alba, mellan kommunerna Treiso och Barbaresco. Micheles söner tog hand om att modernisera företaget i mitten av 90-talet genom att modifiera druvproduktionen och vinförädlingsmetoderna.

Sommelier's advice

En granatröd färg med orange nyanser. Doften har kryddiga toner av örter, aromer av tobak och lakrits samt tjära. Smaken har en närvarande tanninhalt, strukturerad och mycket behaglig, med en lång och elegant eftersmak. Barbaresco Riserva Tera Mia passar bra till rätter av diverse rött kött, grytor och lagrade ostar.

Azienda agricola Taliano Michele – Tera mia – Barbaresco Riserva framställs av 100% Nebbiolo-druvor som odlats i Montersino-området (San Rocco d’Elvio). Druvorna skördas i mitten av oktober. Vinet framställs sedan enligt klassisk metod med maceration och lagras sedan 4 år på ekfat, dvs 2 år längre än för den traditionnella Barbarescon.

Presentation vineyard

Azienda Agricola Taliano Michele is located in Montà Alba in the Roero district. The winery has plantings in the Roero and Barbaresco and San Rocco Seno d'Elvio areas. The winery was created in 1930 by Domenico Taliano, but basically has much deeper roots as his family have been wine farmers for several generations. Originally, all the vineyards were located in the municipality of Montà, in the area of Bossola, Rolandi and Benna, but in the mid-seventies, under the leadership of his son Michele, the winery grows in the direction of Langa by acquiring vineyards and a farmhouse in Montersino in the village of San Rocco Seno d'Elvio di Alba, between the municipalities of Treiso and Barbaresco. Michele's sons took care of modernizing the company in the mid-90s by modifying the grape production and winemaking methods.

Sommelier's advice

A garnet red color with orange hues. The fragrance has spicy notes of herbs, aromas of tobacco and licorice and tar. The palate has a present tannin content, structured and very pleasant, with a long and elegant aftertaste. Barbaresco Riserva Tera Mia goes well with various red meat dishes, stews and aged cheeses.

Azienda agricola Taliano Michele – Tera mia – Barbaresco Riserva is produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, grown in the Montersino area (San Rocco d’Elvio). The grapes are harvested in mid-October. The wine is then produced according to the classic method with maceration and is then stored for 4 years in oak barrels, i.e. 2 years longer than for the traditional Barbarescon.

L'Azienda Agricola Taliano Michele est située à Montà Alba dans le Roero. Le domaine a des plantations dans le Roero et Barbaresco et San Rocco Seno d'Elvio. Le domaine a été créée en 1930 par Domenico Taliano, mais a des racines beaucoup plus lointain car sa famille est viticulteur depuis plusieurs générations. À l'origine, tous les vignobles étaient situés dans la commune de Montà, dans la région de Bossola, Rolandi et Benna, mais au milieu des années 70, sous la direction de son fils Michele, le domaine se développe en direction de Langa en acquérant vignobles et une ferme à Montersino dans le village de San Rocco Seno d'Elvio di Alba, entre les municipalités de Treiso et Barbaresco. Les fils de Michele ont pris soin de moderniser l'entreprise au milieu des années 90 en modifiant les méthodes de vinification.

Sommelier's advice

Une robe rouge grenat aux reflets orangés. Le nez a des notes épicées d'herbes, des arômes de tabac et de réglisse et de goudron. Un palais avec des tannins présent, structuré et très agréable, avec une finale longue et élégante. Barbaresco Riserva Tera Mia se marie bien avec divers plats de viande rouge, ragoûts et fromages affinés.

Azienda agricola Taliano Michele – Tera mia – Barbaresco Riserva est composé de 100% Nebbiolo cultivés dans la région de Montersino (San Rocco d’Elvio). Les raisins sont vendangés à la mi-octobre. Le vin est ensuite élaboré selon la méthode classique avec macération puis est élevé pendant 4 ans en fûts de chêne, soit 2 ans de plus que pour un Barbaresco traditionnel.
