Artisans partisans Cuvée Alice 1820 White wine is a cuvée created to honor one of the first female winemakers in Languedoc. The wine is made from 50% Grenache Blanc, 35% Rolle (Vermentino) and 15% Chenin blanc. Each grape variety is vinified separately to maintain its specificity. The grapes are lightly pressed and cold-clarified. Long fermentation at a low temperature of 14° to preserve freshness and fruity aromas. The different wines are then combined and the final wine is aged in steel tanks at a constant temperature.
