Fina – Mamari – White wine made from 100% Sauvignon blanc grapes. It bears the name “Mamari”, which in Sicilian means “my mother”, and reflects the family traditions and commitment of the winery. The grapes grow in the “occidental”, western part of the island, at 550-600 m.a.s.l. The harvest is made in August and 20% of the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness. The wine is aged for 6 months in steel tanks followed by a further 6 months in bottle before release.
