Cantina Toblino – Sauvignon – White wine made from organically grown Sauvignon grapes. After destemming and crushing, the grapes undergo cold maceration to promote the extraction of aromas, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged for a few months in steel tanks, while a smaller portion is also aged in large oak barrels to give the finished wine greater complexity and structure.
