Artisans Partisans – Ci 21 20 95 – Red wine is produced from 100% Cinsault grapes. The vinification is done with natural yeast and completely without added sulphites. Storage for 5 months in steel tanks. The end result has a lovely, natural quality taste. A modern wine without high alcohol content that is suitable for all occasions. The peculiar name comes from the meteorological data of the Cinsault cultivation: 21 is the vintage – 20 is the average temperature of the cultivation and 95 is the cumulative precipitation during the rainy days of the year.
