Prunotto – Langhe DOC Nebbiolo – Occhetti – Red
Occhetti is a Nebbiolo from Prunotto with aromas of raspberries, roses and licorice. Present tannins and long final. To pair with grilled lamb chops.
Langhe “Occhetti” from Prunotto is made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes and is a classic Prunotto wine produced since the 1970s. The grapes are easily crushed after harvest. Fermentation takes about 7 days at a maximum temperature of 29 ° C. The malolactic fermentation is completed before the end of the winter. The wine is then stored for about 18 months and is then bottled.
