Neromora from Vinosia is made from 100% Aglianico grape grown in volcanic soil on the hills of the exclusive Taurasi wine district. The harvest is made during the first ten days of November. The grapes are macerated for 12 days, fermented and the malolactic fermentation is then made in French oak barrels. The storage is also done for 8 months in French oak barrels.
