Domaine Louis Brochet Demi sec is a semi-dry Champagne 1er Cru that suits all occasions. Prepared in the same manner as the “brut” version, has only a slightly higher degree of sweetness.

Champagne Louis Brochet – Demi sec – 1er Cru is assembled in the same manner as the usual “brut 1er Cru” variety. The technical difference between the two wines is that a higher dose of sugar is added to the “Demi Sec”version at the end of the fermentation process when replacing the remaining yeast at the top of the bottle with new wine . The wine then requires several months of rest, so that the added sugar mixture can create a harmonious and well-balanced wine.

Domaine Louis Brochet Brut är en halvtorr Champagne 1er Cru som passar till alla tillfällen. Framställs på samma sätt som "Brut", har bara en något högre grad sötma.

Champagne Louis Brochet – Demi sec – 1er Cru sätts samman på samma sätt som den vanliga “Brut 1er Cru-varianten”. Skillnaden rent tekniskt mellan de båda vinerna är att man i “Demi Sec”, i slutet av jäsprocessen,  tillför en högre dos socker när man ersätter jästresterna i toppen av flaskan med nytt vin. Vinet kräver därefter flera månaders vila för att den tillförda sockerblandningen ska skapa ett harmoniskt och välbalanserat vin.
