Presentation vineyard

Anne Gros has made herself known throughout the world among wine connoisseurs for her great Burgundy wines from Vosne-Romanée, Chambolle-Musigny, Clos de Vougeot and Echezeaux. The fact that Anne also makes wine in the Minervois appellation is maybe less well known. Together with Jean-Paul Tollot, she bought land in the Cazelles village in 2007 and today they grow four different grape varieties, Carignan, Syrah, Cinsault and Grenache used for the production of modern and well-made reds. The vinification is inspired by the principles applied in Burgundy which create wines of great fruitiness and finesse. Both winemakers claim that here everything is round ... the road, the hills, the steel tanks, the oak barrels, ...... the wines.

Sommelier's advice

A ruby red color. The wine has floral aromas with hints of red berries. The taste is fresh, delicate and crisp, with a soft, harmonious character. One of our greatest discoveries of a sun-loving grape variety and a north-facing terroir. To serve with grilled meat, lamb, stews, charcuterie and strong cheeses.

The grapes are hand-picked, destemmed and vinified in Burgundian style. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks.
