Here you will find a specially composed case of Italian wine which go particularily well with the mushroom season. The idea has been to offer six light wines which respect and even enhance the delicate mushroom flavor. Buon Appetito!

The mushroom season is almost sacred in Italy and during the season there are mushroom pickers across the whole country and there are different local mushroom dishes from north to the south. Mushrooms go well together with a glass of wine and we have therefore picked out a couple of Italian wine that go well with mushrooms. The case include 2 red wines, 1 rosé, 1 white, lightly sparkling wine and 2 white wines from six different wineries, from both northern and southern Italy. All six wines can of course, if desired, be served to other light meals such as antipasti, fish and chicken dishes. Buon Appetito!
