Silvio Jermann – Ribolla gialla – White wine .made mainly from Ribolla Gialla. The grapes are grown in an eastern/southeastern direction and harvested in September by hand. The grapes are vinified carefully to preserve the fresh and aromatic character of Ribolla Gialla. The wine is aged partly in stainless steel and partly in oak barrels, which provides a fine balance between freshness, minerality and structure. The result is a dry, fresh and slightly salty wine with clear fruitiness and mineral notes.
