L de Lauzade – Red

L de Lauzade is a fruity and full-bodied red wine with spicy and menthol elements in the finale. Great for barbecue meat and meat stews.

L de Lauzade is a medium-bodied red wine made from 70% Syrah, 20% Cabernet and 10% Grenache. The Syrah and the Cabernet Sauvignon are harvested at optimal ripeness. After the grapes have been cool macerated for a few days, the grapes are fermented for three weeks. After tasting, both the rate and the number of times the wine is pumped out from the bottom of the tank and back to the top of the same tank (remontage) and overpumped in a new tank (delestage) are determined in order to extract as much color, aromas and tannins as possible. Fermentation takes place inside the grape. The best wines are selected for this cuvée. The wine is then stored in concrete barrels until they are bottled. Regular tests make it possible to assess the development of
the vintage and determine the optimal time for bottling.

Original price was: 10.6€.Current price is: 7.0€.
