Domaine Vidal-Fleury Côtes-du-Rhône – Red wine made from Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. The wine is grown on the right bank of the Rhône, in the south-eastern Ardèche region. These soils, facing the river, are clayey and consist of stony alluvium with Rhône stones. The climate is Mediterranean, influenced by the mistral wind. The wine is made with destemmed grapes. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature and three to four weeks of aging depending on the grape variety. 70% of the wine is aged on the lees in stainless steel tanks, 20% in barrels and 10% in oak barrels.
