Domaine Siouvette – L’Exception – Rosé wine is made from Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Carignan. The harvest is done manually, early in the morning. The wine macerates with the skins for a few hours under an inert atmosphere to get the pink color. Then classic vinification with aging in steel tanks.
