Chateau de Villelongue is a Cremant de Limoux of very high quality which every year is mentioned in diverse wineguides. The main part of the wine consists of Chardonnay and Pinot grapes, just as in Champagne and the taste is very similar.
Domaine Rosier – Cuvée Chateau de Villelongue is made of 50% Chardonnay-, 40% Chenin- and 10% Pinot grapes. They grow on the sunny hills around the fortified village Villelongue and are hand-picked from vines that are on average 20 years old.
