Champagne Louis Brochet Millésime 2014. Domaine Louis Brochet only proposes this Champagne, made from 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay grapes, the years considered to be of exeptionnellt good quality. The grape quality is examined during the harvest, but is also analyzed in subsequent analyzes of the grape juice. During the winter, further taste tests are conducted to evaluate the vintage potential. It is only then it’s decided if the vintage should have a specific “Millésime”-variety. When the wine has been bottled, it is then stored for more than 3 years to let the aromas from Pinot Noir grapes fully develop.
