Champagne Louis Brochet – Brut Rosé is made from 85% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Meunier and 5% Chardonnay. The wine is produced according to the traditional rules for the production of Rosé Champagne; red wine is simply added to the champagne in different amounts depending on the vintage. The red wine is produced with care by manually selecting grapes. Unlike the other white champagnes, the storage of the Rosé Champagne is shorter in order to preserve a fresh and fruity taste.
