Syrah from Delas is a fruity and juicy red wine with character from the southern Ardèche. To pair with cold-cured meat, sausages, grilled meat and preferably lightly chilled with fish!

Delas’ Syrah is made from 100% Syrah planted in the southern part of Ardèche, which is also known for the Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Gigondas and Vacqueras wines. The grapes are harvested and sorted from their bunches. The fermentation process is carried out at 28-30 ° C and takes about 2 weeks. The wine is mixed (remontage) daily to extract as much as possible of aromas. Then the grapes are pressed and transferred to another tank to separate from the lees (debourbage). The malolactic fermentation takes place in steel tanks.
