Sauternes from Château Jany is a rich dessert wine with a nose of citrus, apricot and mango. The palate is fat, round and fruity. A given choice to a goose liver, but also as an aperitif, to a blue cheese or as a beverage for a fruity dessert!
Sauternes from Château Jany is made from 90% Sémillon, 5% Sauvignon and 5% Muscadelle. The grapes are harvested by hand and are sorted several times. The vinification takes place in a classic manner with fermentation and storage on steel tanks.
