Château du Rouët – Belle Poule – Rosévin is a well-balanced and well-made rosé wine made from 30% Grenache, 40% Syrah and 30% Tibourenc grapes. The harvest is done manually and the grapes are allowed to macerate cold. The wine is made according to the saignée technique, the first dripping must. 36 hl/hectare is extracted and 30,000 bottles are produced/year.
