Cantine Sansteva – Moscatello di Taggia – White wine made from 100% Moscatello di Taggia or Moscato bianco as the grape is also called. The harvest is done manually in small hills, in mid-August. The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. The wine then ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Aged for 6 months in steel tanks and then 2 months in bottle before launch.
