Bastide des 2 lunes – Lune rouge – Red wine is the winery’s exclusive red wine aged in oak barrels. The wine is made from 90% Syrah and 10% Grenache. The grapes are harvested at night and then cleaned by hand. The wine is produced according to the classic method with 3 weeks of fermentation. It’s then aged for one year in oak barrels (not new) before being bottled.
