Artisans Partisans – La nature dit TOUJOURS quelque chose – Red wine made from 100% Cinsault grapes. The vines are about 10 years old with a density of 5000 vines/ha and a yield of 45 hl/ha. The vinification is done with natural yeast and completely without added sulphites. Aged in steel tanks. The end result has a lovely, natural qualitative taste. A modern wine without a high alcohol content that suits all occasions!
