The wines produced, include several of the major appellations in southern Côtes-du-Rhône, such as Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Gigondas, Vacqueyras and Cairanne. Tradition is an important concept and the goal is as most as possible to respect the fundamental values, which means as a wine grower to act like a "gardener of his treasure" Most of the production is organic.
Sommelier's advice
A purple color with garnet red hues. The nose has hints of black berries supported by a spicy structure. The palate is full-bodied with hints of blackberry and fig. The tannins are round and soft, but well present providing a good structure. A wine to serve with grilled meats or a pizza.
