Presentation of the vineyard

Camille Cayran is a wine cooperative in Cairanne representing 80 small winegrowers since more than 80 years. The wines produced, include several of the major appellations in southern Côtes-du-Rhône, such as Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Gigondas, Vacqueyras and Cairanne. Tradition is an important concept and the goal is as most as possible to respect the fundamental values, which means as a wine grower to act like a "gardener of his treasure" Most of the production is organic.

Sommelier's advice

A beautiful dark ruby red color. The nose is fruity with elements of red berries and lightly spicy. The palate is fruity and round with soft tannins. The attack is lightly sweet, but balanced by fine acidity. Good concentration but still easy and "juicy". To serve to the grill, an omelette or to a pizza.
