Our prices are quoted in euro (EUR) on the English speaking part of the website. The prices include French alcohol tax, as well as French VAT for all shipment .


These conditions are applicable wherever French or other applicable law, does not provide conditions that are in conflict with them .


The customer must be 18 years of age by law for the sale of alcoholic beverages, except from customers in countries with a local legislation which is different. If this is the case, it's the local legal age which should be respected. Orders made in another person's name without his consent, or orders made causing that SAS Ivinio ( ) suffers from economic damage, is reported to the police . Online Payment

French alcohol tax and VAT are included in all prices given in euros, except of the shipping charges where applicable. We use Banquepopulaire (part of BPCE , France's second biggest banking group ) and its payment system cyberplus ( ) that ensures 3D secure security systems . The payment can be made by Visa , MasterCard and American Express.

For sales with debit/creditcard, the conditions apply as soon as the card transaction has been approved. No extra charge is due for card payments .

SAS Ivinio ( ) reserves the right to change prices and that any offered product could be sold out . In that case, the sale will not take place and the purchase price paid by the customer will be refunded. No compensation is payable.

Direct Payment to bank with Paypal

Payment is easy and safe with Paypal. Even if you do not have a Paypal account already , you can quickly do the transaction via Paypal. Paypal cooperate with VISA , MasterCard and most banks which offer direct payments.

Paypal is high safety and is PCI certified. All traffic is encrypted by SSL 128 bits and all card transactions are based on the bank's so -called 3D Secure technology.

Shipping Rates

To see the shipping cost for a product , add it to the shopping cart and go to checkout. The cost for shipping depends on the weight and the country of destination. You personally have the choice , depending on the desired price and delivery time, to use basic standard delivery (we chose the best and most economic transporter to your address) or TNT.

Delivery and Cancellation

Orders received Monday through Thursday will be processed the following morning for delivery within 2-3 business days. Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

In cases where the client believes that the delivery is delayed in such a way that he no longer wishes the delivery of the order, it is the responsibility of the customer to cancel the order in accordance with SAS Ivinio ( ) conditions of purchase. Cancellation after the order has been dispatched is not possible. In cases where the order has been dispatched , the customer is obliged to receive the order. Cancel any product or service acquired or prepared specifically for the customer, is not possible.

Cancellation is not valid until the customer has received confirmation from the Merchant via email .

Liability for defects

SAS Ivinio's ( ) responsability for errors in delivery is limited to the current conditions . SAS Ivinio ( ) is not liable directly or indirectly, for example, incompatibility issues , delivery delays, downtime , data loss, additional work or other economic harm.

The wines offered and displayed on correspond perfectly well to the wines we ship. However, SAS IVINIO reserves the right to send out the goods that correspond to the ordered item / s, but that may have undergone natural and recent modifications made by the producer. In other words, any new design upgrades that have not been shown on the site or any new vintage that have not yet been updated on the site can be sent (for wines with a value <30 € / bottle).

Customer's rights in the event of delay

In cases can not deliver the goods within the stated delivery time , the customer is entitled to cancel his order.

Complaints Terms and withdrawal

It is appropriate that the customer checks the shipment upon arrival to verify that this is correct and error free. In case of complaint the customer must contact SAS Ivinio's ( ) complaint department on email or via and provide the order id and the reason for complaint . In case of complaint by the customer, he must ask for a RN (return ) number, which is valid for 14 days.

Right of withdrawal

Private Consumers have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days according to the Distance Contracts . The right is valid only if the item and its original packaging can be returned in the same state.

Repayment of the order sum

Upon withdrawal or complaints where the customer does not ask for new items, will refund the order amount or cancel the invoice within 30 days from the date the returned item is received.

Unclaimed consignments

For items which are on purpose not received by the customer and for which the package is returned to SAS Ivinio ( ) , a fee of 40 € + VAT (20%) is charged to cover SAS Ivinio ( ) expenses for transportation and administration.

Transport Damaged Goods

If a product from SAS Ivinio ( ) is damaged during the transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden , this must be reported immediately to the carrier within 7 days.


Events such as war , natural disasters, strikes , government decisions , failed deliveries from subcontractors, and similar costly events which are out of the SAS Ivinio's ( ) control an which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be assigned to force majeure, which means that SAS Ivinio ( ) is released from its obligations to fulfill the contractual agreements.

Handling of personal information never spread your personal information to third parties, but may use them to send publicity regarding our store or any of the stores that are part of our business . You, the customer always has the right to refuse such mailings and to request the deletion of your personal data from our database.


All contractual provisions set out above shall be governed by French law. Our customer service is available for the settlement of any dispute and failing an amicable solution, only the French courts have jurisdiction.


SAS Ivinio ( ) reserves the right to amend any information , including technical specifications and product offerings without prior notice . In the eventual situation where a product, to a given price,  is sold out or delisted, SAS Ivinio ( ) has the right to cancel the order and refund any eventual amount which has been paid. SAS Ivinio ( ) shall also notify the customer of equivalent products if available.
