Presentation vineyard

Domaine de la Tible ligger i staden Le Cannet, mitt emot bergsmassivet Les Maures och vid foten av klostret i Le Thoronet. Vingården omfattar en yta på 12 ha mitt i Var-departementet, ett 50-tal kilometer från medelhavskusten. Egendomen ägs av Romain Baehni. Han är 3:e generationen provensalsk vinmakare som söker kontrast mellan moderniteten i vingården viner och det gedigna i gårdens terroirer.

En ljus, mycket elegant rosa färg med silvriga nyanser. Doften är komplex och inbjudande med aromer av apelsinblommor och röda bär. Smaken är krispig och fräsch med fruktig rund struktur.

Domaine de la Tible – Réserve – Rosé är ett exklusivt rosévin, framställt av Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cinsault och Syrah. Druvorna skördas för hand under natten. Druvorna pressas direkt och musten macererar sedan än lång tid för att utvinna aromer (stabulation à froid). Vinet jäses och lagras sedan på sin bottensats för att skapa fyllighet. =< 2g socker/L.

Presentation vineyard

Domaine de la Tible is located in the town of Le Cannet, opposite the Les Maures massif and at the foot of the convent of Le Thoronet. The vineyard covers an area of 12 ha in the middle of the Var ministry, about 50 kilometers from the Mediterranean coast. The property is owned by Romain Baehni. He is a 3rd generation Provencal winemaker who seeks contrast between the modernity of the winery's wines and the solidity of the farm's terroirs.

Sommelier's advice

A light, very elegant pink color with silvery hues. The nose is complex and inviting with aromas of orange blossoms and red berries. The palate is crispy and fresh with a fruity round structure.

Domaine de la Tible – Réserve – Rosé is an exclusive rosé wine, produced from Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cinsault and Syrah. The grapes are harvested by hand during night time. The grapes are pressed immediately and the must then macerates for a long time to extract aromas (stabilization à froid). The wine is fermented and then stored on its lees to create body. =< 2g sugar/L.
