The winemaking is done according to the same process as Bunan&#8217;s exclusive Bandol wines. B\u00e9louv\u00e9 in red is produced from 22% Grenache, 25% Mourv\u00e8dre, 27% Syrah, and 26% Cabernet. In the 18th century, the property belonged to monks who vinified &#8220;B\u00e9louv\u00e9&#8221; which in Provencal means &#8220;beautiful grape&#8221;. The vineyard is surrounded by olive trees and Florentine cypresses and the place radiates peace and quiet.
