The wine is made from 90 <\/span><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"sv\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"1\">% Marsanne- and 10% Rousanne grapes grown in Mercurol<\/span><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"sv\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"3\">.<\/span>The grapes are pressed directly after harvest and the fermentation is done in large oak barrels (foudres) at low temperature and with natural yeast. The malolactic fermentation is partially stopped.
