The wine is grown on the hills around Atzara, 550 meters above sea level. The grapes are harvested in early October and the\u00a0grape varieties are mixed and let\u00a0to ferment together at controlled temperature for 15-18 days. The wine is stored in accordance with the rules for Mandrolisai Superiore which means that the wine is aged one year in steel tanks and an other year in oak barrels.
