Blanc sec Premi\u00e8res C\u00f4tes is made of Sauvignon, Mauzac and Muscadelle grapes. Each grape variety is processed and “vinified” separately. The grapes are pressed after harvest and\u00a0are left to macerate for some time before starting the fermentation. The Fermentation lasts\u00a0for 10 days at low temperature, around 16-18 \u00b0.
