{"id":68263,"date":"2014-06-11T18:22:03","date_gmt":"2014-06-11T18:22:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/henrik.www.ivinio.com\/?p=68263"},"modified":"2020-07-09T16:10:52","modified_gmt":"2020-07-09T16:10:52","slug":"delicious-vietnamese-nem-recipe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ivinio.com\/en\/delicious-vietnamese-nem-recipe\/","title":{"rendered":"Delicious Vietnamese Nem recipe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Recipe :<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-style: italic;\"><code>LES NEMS VIETNAMIENS<\/code><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredients&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-Rice paper&nbsp;(ingredient in which you put the below mix)<\/p>\n<p>-300 gr of minced porc meat<\/p>\n<p>-2 minced onions<\/p>\n<p>-2 eggs<\/p>\n<p>-100 gr of chinese vermicellis, previously softened in water<\/p>\n<p>-30 gr of black mushrooms, previously softened in water<\/p>\n<p>-1 minced carrott<\/p>\n<p>-150&nbsp;&#8211; 200 gr shelled prawns<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recipe :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mince all the ingredients and put them into a bowl: this is the mix. Take a humid cloth that you put on your work surface. Place the rice paper on it&nbsp;and moisten with water from a bowl filled with warm water.<\/p>\n<p>Place a little of filling in a rectangle on the rice paper, fold the sides and roll up like a little roll in a nem shape. Put oil in a pan or in a deep fryer. Put in the rolls, cook by roasting the surface of the rice paper over low heat, turn regularly.<\/p>\n<p>Sauce recipe:<\/p>\n<p>Mix nuoc mam sauce, soy sauce (Kikkoman brand of preference), lemon juice, chopped garlic, sugar (powder or liquid) and some water. The proportions depend on your taste, therefore taste it.
