Tenute Tondini – Karagnanj – Vermentino di Galluria Superiore – White wine is the winery’s original wine. The name is a tribute to the place of origin, as Karagnanj is the Gallurese dialect name for Calangianus. The wine is made from Vermentino grapes from the granite-rich hills of Alta Gallura, in a unique and fascinating natural environment. The vinification begins with a pre-fermentation skin maceration, followed by fermentation and aging at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks.
