Rubinum 17 ° from Soloperto is a Primitivo di Manduria made from 100% Primitivo grapes, grown in Manduria and its neighbourhood. The vines are 45-50 years old and are cut in the typical southern Italian “Albarello”-style. The harvest takes place in the second part of September when the grapes become somewhat overripe, which contributes to the high level of alcohol. The wine is produced by traditional technology. The storage takes place in steel tanks and then furtheron in the bottle.
