Sassarini – Cinqueterre – White wine made from Bosco, Albarola and Vermentino grapes. The grapes are vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine is aged on its lees for four months. A couple of stirrings (battonage) are done per week to allow the wine to regain its structure and aromas from the lees.
