Ruinart R – Brut
A classic - a must have for the champagne lover ... from the world's oldest champagne house!
“R” from Ruinart is made from 40% Chardonnay, 49% Pinot noir and 11% Pinot meunier. 20-25% of the wine consists of reserve wine (vin de réserve) from 2 previous vintages. The harvest is done manually and the grapes are fermented in steel tank at thermoregulated temperature. Then follows the malolactic fermentation. The sugar dosage is 9g / liter.
