  "Le Morete" from Azienda Agricola Manara is a Valpolicella Classico Superiore Ripasso made of grapes, coming from a hill of the Valpolicella Classico district with the same name. A full-bodied Ripasso to serve together with a porcini mushroom risotto!

  This is a Valpolicella wine from the appelationen "Ripasso". Ripasso is made with the yeast residues from Amarone wines during the fermentation process.

  Santi - "Solane" Valpolicella Classico Superiore Ripasso DOC - red

  "Solane" Valpolicella Classico Superiore Ripasso Santi is made of 70% Corvina- and 30% Rondinella grapes. A concentrated ripasso red wine with hints of cherry compote. "Solane" is the local word for the roofless premises where the grapes are dried. To be enjoyed together with grilled red meats, game or well-aged cheeses.
