Brut Silver Royal from Pommery is made from the 3 major Champagne grape varieties; 42% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 23% Pinot Meunier. The dose of sugar is "brut" – 9g / L. The wine has been stored for at least 36 months before being commercialised.
