Merlot from the Moulin de Gassac is produced from Merlot grapes grown in Villeveyrac in the Langedoc region. After the harvest, the grapes are removed聽from their bunches and are let聽to ferment for 3-6 days in steel tanks. The wine is then stored for 5-6 months before being bottled.
