Mas Gabinèle – Grenache Gris – Vieilles vignes – White

A partially aged white wine made from Grenache gris vieilles vignes.

Mas Gabinèle – Grenache Gris – Vieilles Vignes – White Wine is made from 100% Grenache Gris sourced from vines over 50 years old. The vineyards are ideally located at an altitude of 180 metres, naturally producing low yields. The soils are dominated by sandstone-rich schist from Laurens–Cabrières, closely related to the schist formations of the Faugères hills. These soils have a fragile structure and tend toward low pH levels—sometimes challenging, but when combined with adapted vineyard practices, they provide excellent balance to the vines. The harvest is done manually. The grapes are hand-harvested, followed by direct pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation. 80% of the wine is vinified in stainless steel tanks, while 20% is aged in oak barrels. A total of 5,100 bottles of this cuvée were produced.

Original price was: 17.4€.Current price is: 12.4€.
